RETURNS POLICY

You have 7-14 calendar days (right to withdraw) to return your order after receiving it. The item must be in excellent condition with the tags attached, the order receipt and the special return form that you can find HERE.

IN CASES OF RETURN YOU CAN:

1. Exchange the item with the same of another one

2. Ask for a refund

For any exchange/return you must include:

a. the item you wish to return 

b. the transaction receipt and

c. the special return form that can be found at the link above, printed and completed.

Kindly note that:

It usually takes 5-10 working days to process any returned orders from the moment we receive them. This is because we inspect the condition of the returned items. 

If the returned item fails to pass the quality check, the company will return the package to the customer or contact him to resolve the matter.  

There is no return or refund permitted for products listed as “Upon Order”.

Products on sale or purchased with discount are not eligible for refund. These items can only be changed for other sizes (if available) or alternatively for other items.

Returns and exchanges

We at the Operafhouse want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to help you. 

When making returns and exchanges, kindly note that any items returned must be in the same perfect condition in which you received them, unworn, unwashed and in their original selling condition, with their tags attached and the original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the return form that can be found HERE.

Greece orders: Please return the item within 7 days after receiving it, via ΕLTA Courier and the “Door to Door” service; you should also complete our company details and enclose the receipt as well as the return form that you can find HERE, after completing it.

Cyprus orders: Please return the item within 14 days after receiving it, via a delivery service of your choice, by paying the relevant delivery costs; you should also complete our company details and enclose the receipt as well as the return form that you can find HERE, after completing it.

International orders: Should you wish to return an international order, please send an email at info@operafhouse.com and then return the order within 14 days of the its receipt via the delivery service of your choice (kindly avoid using mail services); you should also complete our company details and enclose the receipt as well as the return form that you can find HERE, after completing it.

* Any delivery costs, customs duties and any other additional costs applied to the returned item are the responsibility of the customer and the item is returned at its sole responsibility.

Note:

Items bought from our online store can be returned and exchanged only with other items sold or with items from our current collection. The customer is responsible for any price difference. 

Exchange Conditions:

We will exchange the returned item, since the terms and conditions above are satisfied, within 7 working days upon its receipt (this applies to orders from Greece) and within 14 working days upon its receipt (international orders). 

We exchange items for a different size or another item* of equal or greater value** than the one you have originally purchased. You can use any delivery service you wish (kindly avoid using mail services), by stating the product name that will replace your original purchase (please complete the attached form). As soon as we receive the item, we will send you a confirmation email and also the new item to your delivery address.

* Any delivery costs, customs duties as well as any other additional costs applied to the returned item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The item should be returned well packaged to prevent shipping damage, by using the ELTA Courier with a €5 surcharge (it only applies to orders sent from Greece). For exchanges and items returned from countries outside Greece, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and via a delivery service of their choice, while they are liable for the delivery-return of the item to our company. For exchanges/items returned from Greece the relevant amount (€5) will be deducted from the exchange or the refund and therefore you will not have to pay for the delivery service. Should you wish to use a different delivery service, you will be responsible for the delivery costs that you should pay to the delivery service when you send the package. 

Note: In the unusual event we have sent you a wrong order (type, size, etc.) we will be responsible for all delivery costs.
